The MBTI® framework provides a positive way of describing and understanding the normal differences in human personality.

STEP I
This Step helps clients identify their four basic MBTI® preferences and the type pattern that fits best for them. It is based on taking MBTI® Form M (the most recent revised form, 1998). This process needs to be done working with a qualified professional who can help verify type.

STEP II
Step II helps clients understand how their type may operate differently from others who have the same preferences. It includes a detailed scoring report of individual results on a set of 20 facets that are related to the basic MBTI® preferences. It identifies a unique pattern and helps clarify type. Step II reports are based on completion of MBTI® Form Q (2001).

All MBTI® instruments can be accessed through our website.
