Consulting with leaders of organizational change

Barger and Kirby have been providing assessments and recommendations for leaders of changing organizations for 15 years. Typically, this consulting includes the following:

In-depth interviewing of selected leaders, managers, employees and customers, structured to identify what’s working well and where problems exist.
Preparation and presentation of a comprehensive, detailed report on The State of the Organization’s People.
Specific recommendations for dealing with identified problems, with priorities, time-lines, and additional information as requested.
Designing customized programs to support the recommendations.

Assessment and developmental coaching for leaders during change

Barger and Kirby have been providing assessment and developmental coaching for leaders of changing organizations for 15 years. Typically, this includes the following:

Individual leadership assessment using the MBTIŽ Step II, an advanced scoring system that gives specific, individualized information and recommendations related to communication, change management, decision-making, and conflict management.
Identification of developmental needs, setting of goals, and development of specific plans and actions to achieve the goals.
On-going guidance, support and mid-course corrections, as leaders move through intentional change.

Leadership during change training for leader and manager groups

Barger and Kirby have been providing training programs for leaders, managers, supervisors, and “informal leaders” in changing organizations for 15 years. Typically, these training programs run from ½ day – 2 days and may include the following:
