MBTI® Certification Program – New in 2009

CPP, Inc., contracted with Barger, Kirby, and David Freeman to create a new training program to qualify participants to use the MBTI® Step I and Step II AND prepare them to begin using these instruments in their work settings.  The new program presents the necessary knowledge and technical information by focusing on the most common work applications – using type with teams, with individual clients, and for leadership development.  It also includes a full day of training and certification in using the MBIT® Step II Interpretive Report.

This new program was tested in the US, the Asia Pacific region, and Dubai in 2007 and 2008 and is now the standard MBTI® training.  Beginning January 2009, the American Management Association is offering this MBTI® Certification for professionals wishing to use the MBTI® instruments.
