The first half of this booklet explores type dynamics, a “three-dimensional and more accurate picture of each type.” This includes in-depth information on the eight mental functions (S, N, T, F) as they are used by different types. The second half of the booklet explains type development: the Jung-Briggs-Myers model; influences on development, such as cultural factors; and suggests the probable path of development and growth for each type.
