This booklet gives practical information and tools to assist people working in changing organizations. Based on extensive practice and research, Introduction to Type and Change addresses such issues as:

  The basic differences between people that lead to differing reactions to and needs during organizational change
  Communicating change initiatives and plans
  Dealing with employee resistance to change
  How to persuade employees to invest in the change process

The booklet concludes with a page on each of the 16 MBTI® types, summarizing specific reactions, strengths, problems, and needs identified by several thousand clients.
